The Lenovo Thinksystem ST650 V2 7Z75A000NA is a 4U rack-convertible tower server designed for demanding enterprise workloads requiring significant processing power and memory capacity. It supports up to two third-generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors, delivering robust performance for virtualization, databases, and business applications. The 10GbE networking provides high-speed data transfer critical for large datasets.

Compatibility

This server is compatible with one or two third-generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors (codenamed "Ice Lake"), supporting up to 36 cores, 3.6 GHz core speeds, and 250W TDP per processor. It supports up to 4TB of system memory using 32x 128GB 3DS RDIMMs, or up to 5TB with Intel Optane Persistent Memory 200 Series modules. The chipset is the Intel C621A "Lewisburg". It supports up to 8x single-wide GPUs or 4x double-wide GPUs.

Installation Notes

The server features a 4U rack-convertible form factor, allowing deployment in standard 19-inch racks. It includes two onboard 10GBASE-T Ethernet RJ45 ports and a dedicated Gigabit port for remote management via the XClarity Controller (XCC). Cooling is managed by up to four N+1 redundant 92 mm hot-swap fans, with an additional fan in each power supply unit.
