Description

Altronix T3MK77F16SD Dual PTC Power Distribution Module

Overview

The Altronix T3MK77F16SD is a 115VAC input power distribution module designed to provide 16 individually fused, PTC protected outputs for low voltage surveillance equipment. This unit is ideal for consolidating power for multiple cameras, encoders, or other devices from a single 115VAC source, simplifying installation and management in commercial security deployments. The T3MK77F16SD ensures each output can be independently protected and isolated, preventing a fault on one device from affecting others.

Compatibility

This module is designed to accept a 115VAC input and distribute power to 12VDC or 24VAC devices, common in many IP and analog surveillance systems. It is compatible with a wide range of low-voltage security cameras, PTZ controllers, IR illuminators, and network switches that require individual circuit protection. It is not designed for direct integration with network management systems but serves as a critical power infrastructure component.

Installation Notes

The T3MK77F16SD requires a 115VAC input connection. Each of the 16 outputs features a Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) resettable fuse, rated at 3A maximum per output, providing overcurrent protection. The module is intended for installation in a suitable enclosure or rack, ensuring proper ventilation and protection from environmental factors. Wiring should be performed by qualified personnel following local electrical codes.
