The KIT-AP2100-W is a white notched replacement enclosure shell for the STI Stopper® Station series. This is a direct replacement component—use it when you need to swap out a damaged or worn housing on an existing Stopper Station deployment without replacing the strike mechanism or control logic. The notched design fits standard door latch geometry, and the white finish blends into most institutional and commercial interiors.
Compatibility
Engineered specifically for the Stopper® Station series hardware. The KIT-AP2100-W maintains the same mounting footprint and electrical interfaces as the original shell, so installation is a mechanical swap—remove fasteners, lift the old housing, slide the new shell in place, and re-secure. TCP/IP communication and 9VDC power requirements remain unchanged; no reconfiguration of the controller or network settings is needed.
Installation Notes
Verify the notched profile aligns with your door latch type before ordering—the notch geometry is fixed and must accommodate your existing strike. Drill mounting holes using a 7mm masonry bit for wall-mounted installations, consistent with standard STI frame mounting practice. Use the cable gasket appropriate to your wiring system (CAT5e, conduit, or legacy runs) to maintain environmental sealing around entry holes. For surface-mounted applications, blank off unused cable entries with the spacer inserts to prevent water ingress or debris accumulation.
