The Janam BAT-T1-200 is a 2900mAh 3.85V rechargeable Li-ion battery built as a direct swap for the Janam XT200 and XT3 rugged mobile computers. If your warehouse, logistics, or field-service operations run extended shifts without access to charging infrastructure, carry a second BAT-T1-200 to eliminate runtime downtime — the battery is hot-swappable, meaning you can swap it under power without losing session data. This spec matters when your team is running continuous scanning or documentation capture through an 8–12 hour shift.
Compatibility
The BAT-T1-200 is engineered exclusively for Janam XT200 and XT3 series mobile computers. It will not fit or function in other Janam device families (e.g., XM5, XM3) or third-party mobile platforms. Verify your device model before ordering — confirm the battery door on the back of your unit matches the XT200 or XT3 form factor.
Installation Notes
Power down the XT200 or XT3, release the battery compartment latch on the back cover, remove the depleted battery, and align the BAT-T1-200 contacts with the device connector. Polarity is keyed — the battery will not install incorrectly. Slide the battery home until the compartment door clicks closed. No tools required. Charge new batteries fully before first use to establish proper capacity recognition by the device firmware. The XT3 environment spec supports operation from −20° to 60° C and storage from −25° to 70° C; keep batteries in this range to maintain cycle life and safety.
