The Viking SA-IR is a three-button infrared remote designed specifically for Viking's SA-Series self-amplified paging and background music systems. If you're running the Viking Electronics SA-Series in a commercial space — a warehouse, retail floor, or office wing — the SA-IR gives individual users per-speaker control over volume, mute, and background music without touching the main controller or pulling a technician. It runs on two AAA batteries and operates at up to 16 feet, which covers most desk, counter, or workstation scenarios comfortably.
