Compatibility

This receptacle is designed to fit standard single-gang electrical boxes and accepts standard NEMA 5-15P plugs. It is compatible with 12 AWG to 10 AWG copper conductors for line and ground connections. Ensure your wiring system is rated for 20A service to utilize the full capacity of this receptacle.

Installation Notes

For line connections, use solid or stranded copper conductors rated for at least 75°C. Tighten terminal screws to 12-14 inch-pounds. Ensure the ground screw is tightened securely to the grounding terminal. For 12 AWG wire, use the back-wiring push-in terminals or the side-wire screw terminals. For 10 AWG wire, use only the side-wire screw terminals. Do not use for aluminum conductors.
