Overview

The ACTi 185-00080 is a wall-mount bracket engineered for the ACTi RD PoE+ camera series. This mount positions cameras at fixed angles on interior or exterior walls, eliminating the need for ceiling installation where wall placement delivers better sightlines or reduces drill points. The bracket supports the weight and network draw of RD PoE+ models without auxiliary support, and routes both power and video through a single PoE+ trunk — no separate power supplies required.

This bracket is designed specifically for ACTi RD PoE+ camera bodies. Verify your camera model against the RD PoE+ series before ordering. The mount uses standard wall anchors and fasteners, compatible with both drywall and masonry installations when paired with appropriate wall plugs.

Installation Notes

Mount the bracket to solid wall surfaces using hardware appropriate to your wall type (drywall anchors for gypsum board, expansion bolts for concrete or brick). Ensure the wall surface can bear the combined weight of the camera and bracket. Route PoE+ cabling through conduit or raceway behind the mount to protect the cable run from physical damage and UV exposure on outdoor applications.
