Description

APC by Schneider Electric AP8755 Locking C19 to CEE/7 Schuko, 3.0M

Overview

The APC by Schneider Electric AP8755 is a 3.05-meter (10 ft) power cord designed to provide a secure, locking connection between equipment with a C19 inlet and a CEE 7/4 (Schuko) receptacle. This cord is essential for preventing accidental disconnections in environments where power stability is critical, such as data centers, server rooms, or industrial control panels. The 16A input current rating ensures it can handle substantial power demands for high-density equipment racks.

Compatibility

This power cord is compatible with any equipment featuring a standard C19 power inlet. The CEE 7/4 (Schuko) connector is designed for use with Type F power outlets common in many European countries and other regions. It is suitable for connecting APC by Schneider Electric rack power distribution units (PDUs) and other IT equipment to a power source that utilizes the Schuko standard.

Installation Notes

The AP8755 operates reliably within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C and can be stored between -20°C to 70°C. It is designed for use at altitudes up to 3000 meters (9842 ft) during operation and up to 15000 meters (49212 ft) non-operating. The cable's black color and standard form factor simplify integration into existing infrastructure. Its 3.05m length provides sufficient reach for typical rack deployments without excessive cable slack.
