Overview
The PM900W is a Wi-Fi connectivity insert that adds wireless network capability to the Posiflex PP9000 thermal printer. Instead of running Ethernet cable to your PP9000, this module lets the printer communicate over your facility's Wi-Fi network—eliminating cable routing constraints in warehouse, retail, or hospitality environments where the printer needs to move or where hardwired connections are impractical. The PP9000 comes standard with USB; the PM900W is an optional modular add-on that swaps in alongside the existing interface architecture.
Compatibility
The PM900W is designed exclusively for the Posiflex PP9000 AURA thermal printer series. Verify your printer is a PP9000 before ordering; this insert does not fit other Posiflex printer lines. The PP9000 supports multiple interface options (USB, serial, parallel, LAN, or wireless modular kit), so your printer may already have one interface installed. Installation Notes
The PM900W installs as an internal module inside the PP9000 chassis. Once seated in the designated interface slot, the printer detects the Wi-Fi module during boot and displays available SSIDs on the control panel.
