Overview
The PMAX-1108 is a rack-mount bracket designed to position ACTi covert IP cameras in discreet surveillance installations. Use this when you need to mount a camera inside standard rack infrastructure—cabinet, wall-mounted frame, or integrated security rack—without exposing the camera lens to view. The bracket supports the weight and alignment of compatible ACTi covert models while keeping the camera concealed behind bezel, panel, or trim cutouts typical of retail, corporate, and institutional deployments.
Compatibility
The PMAX-1108 fits all ACTi covert IP camera models except L-shape pinhole variants. Before ordering, verify your specific camera model against the ACTi covert camera product family to confirm fit. Do not use this bracket with non-ACTi cameras or ACTi non-covert form factors (dome, bullet, turret).
Installation Notes
This is a passive mechanical bracket—no power, no wiring, no firmware involved. Mount it to a standard 19-inch or 23-inch equipment rack, wall frame, or customer-supplied structure using appropriate fasteners for your substrate (wood screws, concrete anchors, or rack-rail nuts depending on installation surface). Ensure the mounting surface can support the combined weight of the bracket plus the camera. Position the bracket so the camera lens or pinhole opening aligns with your cutout or access point. Verify camera cable routing does not kink or strain during final positioning.
