At 20.04" W × 28.87" H × 1.385" D, it fits precisely over the front of a 16RU DWR enclosure, giving you secure, lockable access while keeping equipment status LEDs and indicator lights visible without opening the door — useful in NOC environments, equipment rooms, or any install where you need a visual check without interrupting airflow management. Compatibility

The PFD-16 is purpose-built for Middle Atlantic DWR series 16RU racks exclusively. It is not a universal fit — do not attempt to install on non-DWR enclosures or on DWR racks of a different RU count. If your deployment uses a 20RU or 26RU DWR enclosure, select the corresponding PFD variant sized for that frame. For integrators building out structured rack accessory packages, the PFD series covers the full DWR RU range, so mixed-depth or mixed-height deployments can maintain consistent door styling across the cabinet lineup.

Installation Notes

The PFD-16 mounts directly to the DWR rack frame using the rack's existing door hinge provisions — no additional drilling or hardware fabrication required. Confirm your DWR unit is a current-series frame before ordering; older pre-DWR Middle Atlantic enclosures use a different door attachment geometry.
