Overview
The CyberPower PDU44004 is a 1U rackmount switched automatic transfer switch (ATS) PDU designed to provide redundant power to critical IT equipment. With dual power inputs and 12 IEC C13 outlets, it ensures continuous operation by automatically switching to a backup power source if the primary fails. This unit is ideal for server racks in data centers, network closets, or any environment where uptime is paramount. The PDU44004 supports remote monitoring and management, allowing for granular control over connected devices.
Compatibility
This PDU is designed for standard 19-inch server racks. It accepts 200-240V AC input and provides the same output voltage to its 12 IEC C13 outlets. It is compatible with any server, switch, or other IT device requiring IEC C13 power connections within its 12A operational limit. The dual IEC C14 inputs allow connection to two separate power circuits or UPS systems for redundancy. It supports daisy-chaining up to four units for expanded capacity.
Installation Notes
The PDU44004 mounts horizontally in a standard 1U rack space. It features a 10 ft power cord and requires two separate power sources connected via the IEC C14 input connectors. The unit operates within a temperature range of 32-113°F (0-45°C) and 0-95% non-condensing humidity. Management is accessible via Ethernet (RJ45) and Serial (RJ45) ports, supporting protocols like SNMP v1/v3, HTTP/HTTPS, and SSH.
