Overview

The Vertiv 11808 is a 1U horizontal rack PDU designed for reliable power distribution within IT cabinets. It features built-in surge protection with a 720 Joule rating and a local digital RMS current meter displaying real-time power consumption. This unit is ideal for environments lacking facility-level surge suppression or for applications requiring granular power monitoring to avoid accidental overloads. The local LED display provides immediate feedback, crucial when deploying or moving critical IT equipment. Every unit undergoes 100% testing for reliability.

Compatibility

This PDU is configured with a NEMA 5-20P plug, requiring a 20A/120V circuit. It provides ten NEMA 5-20R receptacles, suitable for standard IT equipment power cords. The 10ft power cord offers flexibility in rack placement. It is designed for standard 19-inch / 483mm horizontal rack mounting.

Installation Notes
