Description

Vertiv I10030 Concise Descriptor

Overview

The Vertiv I10030 is a 0U, 30A, 208V basic power distribution unit (PDU) designed for standard IT rack deployments. It provides reliable power distribution to rack-mounted equipment, simplifying power management in data centers and network closets. This unit is suitable for environments where straightforward power delivery is the primary requirement, without advanced monitoring or switching capabilities.

Compatibility

This PDU is designed for use in standard 19-inch racks. It is compatible with Vertiv's range of rack enclosures and other standard rack systems. The 30A, 208V input and (30) C13 outlets are standard for enterprise IT hardware, including servers, network switches, and storage devices. It's a direct power feed solution for equipment requiring C13 power connections.

Installation Notes

The 0U form factor allows for vertical mounting in the rear of most standard IT racks, preserving valuable 19-inch rack space for IT equipment. Ensure the PDU is securely mounted using appropriate rack hardware. A qualified technician should connect the PDU to a 208V, 30A circuit. Verify that the total power draw of connected equipment does not exceed the PDU's 30A rating to prevent overload.
