International Connectors and Cable ICPCSG25WH Patch Cord CAT 6A FTP 25 FT White

Overview

The International Connectors and Cable ICPCSG25WH is a 25-foot, white, Category 6A Shielded Twisted Pair (FTP) patch cord. It is designed to provide reliable, high-speed network connectivity for demanding environments, such as those found in commercial surveillance systems. The FTP construction offers enhanced protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and crosstalk, ensuring data integrity for critical video streams and network data.

Compatibility

This patch cord is compatible with any network device requiring a standard RJ45 connector and supporting Category 6A performance standards. This includes, but is not limited to, IP cameras, network video recorders (NVRs), managed network switches, and servers that utilize 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GbE) or 1 Gigabit Ethernet (1GbE) connections. Its 25-foot length is suitable for moderate cable runs between equipment racks and devices within a single room or adjacent spaces.

Installation Notes

Ensure the cable is not pulled beyond its bend radius to prevent internal conductor damage. The RJ45 connectors should be fully seated in their respective ports for a stable connection. For optimal performance, use with other Category 6A rated cabling components and network equipment. The FTP shielding requires proper grounding at one end of the cable run to effectively dissipate interference.
