The Middle Atlantic BSPN-38-27 is a factory-matched pair of steel side panels engineered for 38-rack-unit BGR-series open-frame racks at 27 inches of usable depth. At 70.41 inches tall and 26.78 inches wide, these panels close off the sides of an otherwise open rack — reducing dust ingress, limiting access to cabled infrastructure, and providing a finished appearance in AV equipment rooms, security head-end closets, and server staging areas. The BSPN-38-27 ships as a set of two panels (one pair per package), meaning a single order completes both sides of one rack bay without a second SKU.

Compatibility

Designed specifically for Middle Atlantic's BGR series open-frame racks at the 38RU / 27-inch-deep configuration. The BGR base series is the critical compatibility parameter — these panels are not interchangeable with WRK, ERK, or WMRK rack families, which use different rail geometries and panel attachment points. Confirm your rack's base series designation (stamped on the rail extrusion or listed on the rack's label) is BGR before ordering. Depth must also match exactly: 27-inch panels will not fit BGR racks configured at 20 or 32 inches of depth. If your rack room uses rack enclosure accessories such as rear doors or top panels, those are ordered separately and are not included here.
