Overview
The Panduit F92RLU2U2ONM1.5 is a 1.5-meter (4.92 ft) OS2 duplex fiber optic patch cord designed for high-density data center and telecommunications room interconnections. Its LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket makes it suitable for installations where fire safety is critical. The Uniboot design with pull-boot LC APC connectors simplifies termination and management in tight spaces, reducing cable clutter and installation time.
Compatibility
This patch cord is compatible with all standard LC duplex fiber optic interfaces. It is designed for use within Panduit's Opti-Core™ systems and other fiber optic infrastructure requiring OS1/OS2 single-mode fiber connectivity. It interfaces directly with LC APC ports found on network switches, transceivers, patch panels, and cassettes. Use this cable to connect equipment in main distribution areas, horizontal distribution areas, and equipment distribution areas.
Installation Notes
The Uniboot connector features a reversible polarity mechanism, allowing you to switch between A-to-B and A-to-A configurations without re-terminating the cable. The pull-boot connector simplifies insertion and removal from high-density patch panels or equipment ports, minimizing the risk of fiber end-face damage.
