Description

Panduit FWuit FWTYL7575LAM022 OM5 12F Trunk LSZH Cable Assembly

Overview

The Panduit FWTYL7575LAM022 is a 22-meter (72.17 ft) OM5 fiber optic trunk cable assembly designed for high-density data center deployments. Its small diameter, Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) construction addresses space constraints and safety requirements in critical infrastructure, enabling quicker deployment with extended reach capabilities.

Compatibility

This trunk cable assembly utilizes PanMPO Female connectors on both ends, suitable for integration with Panduit QuickNet™ fiber optic systems and other equipment supporting this connector standard. It is designed for applications requiring OM5 fiber performance, such as 40/100/400 Gbps Ethernet links within data center backbone or storage area networks.

Installation Notes

The cable features a pulling eye on one end to facilitate installation. Its LSZH rating means it emits minimal smoke and no toxic halogenated compounds when exposed to fire, a critical safety consideration for indoor installations. The 50-micron fiber diameter supports OM5 specifications for enhanced performance.

Standards

This assembly meets or exceeds ISO/IEC 11801, TIA/EIA-568-C.3, TIA-604-5 (FOCIS-5), TIA/EIA-568-C.1, TIA-492-AAAD, and IED 60793-2-10 type A1a.3 standards. It is also RoHS compliant, ensuring adherence to global environmental regulations.
