Overview

The Panduit NKA6XPPG24Y is a 24-port, 1U rackmount patch panel designed for high-density structured cabling deployments. It terminates 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GBASE-T) Cat6A keystone jacks, providing a clean and organized termination point for network infrastructure. Its 1U height maximizes rack space efficiency.

Compatibility

This patch panel is designed to accept Panduit's Mini-Com® Cat6A keystone jacks (sold separately) and is compatible with standard 19-inch racks and cabinets. It supports termination of Cat6A cabling, ensuring performance for 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications up to 100 meters. It is suitable for use with any network switch or device requiring RJ45 connectivity, provided Cat6A keystone jacks are installed.

Installation Notes

Termination of Cat6A cables into the keystone jacks requires a standard punch-down tool (e.g., Panduit CT-AP, CT-PRO) for both the 110-style IDC connectors on the jacks and potentially for seating the jacks into the panel. Ensure proper cable management practices are followed to maintain bend radius and avoid signal degradation. Each keystone jack should be punched down according to T568A or T568B wiring standards, which are typically labeled on the jack itself.
