This service addresses two distinct deployment scenarios: verification of a completed system installation to confirm proper setup and optimal operation, or pre-installation site readiness assessment before VMS deployment begins. The audit covers the entire system stack—hardware installation, VMS configuration, network infrastructure, power systems, cooling design, and system diagnostics—delivering a documented report with specific recommendations for improvement areas.
Compatibility
This service applies to existing Pelco-branded VMS installations and infrastructure assessments for planned Pelco system deployments. Scope is limited to Pelco hardware and software only; third-party integrations and non-Pelco equipment configuration are explicitly excluded per the service agreement. The audit verifies proper installation and functionality of applicable Pelco products, system configuration, and physical placement of equipment in server and control rooms.
