The license enables 30-day rolling retention for HD media and event recordings, paired with indexed AI Search — meaning you index recorded footage server-side and query events by detected objects or motion activity rather than scrolling timelines. Relevant for multi-site operators, retail chains, or facilities where local NVR storage is constrained but you need faster event retrieval than tape-based cold storage.
Compatibility
This license applies to Hanwha surveillance systems integrated with the Lumeo cloud platform. It is not a standalone product — you must have an active Lumeo account and compatible camera(s) already feeding the cloud service. The license covers HD-resolution recordings (1080p and below); 4K streams require separate licensing. Verify your camera model and cloud account status with Hanwha support before purchase to confirm eligibility.
Installation Notes
No hardware installation required. Upon purchase, you receive a license key valid for exactly 12 months from activation. Activation is performed via the Lumeo web portal — your Hanwha account administrator links the license to your cloud instance, then storage policy automatically applies to all associated cameras. At the 30-day rolling window, older footage is automatically purged unless pinned or exported. No local configuration or camera firmware updates are needed.
