The FPO75-B100C8PE4H is a 75W switching power supply with eight independently configurable relay-control outputs designed for distributed access-control and security integrations. The unit delivers 6A at 12VDC or 3A at 24VDC primary output, plus an adjustable 5–18V module capable of 4A maximum — allowing a single device to power mixed-voltage endpoints and controllers. Each of the eight relay outputs operates at class 2 power-limited levels (2.5A per output, selectable for fail-safe, fail-secure, or fail-as-is logic), making it suitable for door strikes, magnetic locks, solenoids, and supervisory circuit switching in small-to-medium access-control deployments.
The FPO75-B100C8PE4H integrates with standard access-control panels, readers, and networked lock controllers that require supervised 12VDC or 24VDC distribution with remote relay switching. The E4 enclosure form factor (24H × 20W × 6.5D inches) accepts a Honeywell backplate and pairs with the included FPO Buss/Flex Cable Kit 2, ensuring wiring standardization across multi-cabinet installations. Use where modular power supply architecture and per-output failover configuration are required for door-control redundancy or selective circuit isolation.
Mount the E4 enclosure vertically on a standard backplate. The bussed architecture reduces field-wiring labor by eliminating individual positive/negative runs to each output; a single common return simplifies troubleshooting and commissioning. Configure each relay output individually — fail-safe defaults the circuit to de-energized (unlocked), fail-secure defaults to energized (locked), and fail-as-is maintains last state on power loss. These settings are fixed at manufacturing or via firmware (verify with integrator notes). Ensure input AC supply is 110–240V, 50/60 Hz; the unit draws up to 1.5A at full load. No battery backup is integrated; if uninterruptible operation is required, pair this supply with an external UPS module.
