The FPO250/250-2C82D8PE4M1 is a rack-mount power supply designed to centralize power distribution and access control signaling for security infrastructure. It delivers dual 250W outputs selectable between 20A at 12VDC or 10A at 24VDC per channel — sufficient to run multiple IP cameras and networked access control devices from a single enclosure. The unit combines power conditioning with 32 programmable relay outputs (16 fused lock control outputs at 3A per channel, 16 auxiliary class-2 outputs at 2.5A per channel), eliminating the need for separate relay boards or remote power modules at each door or camera location.
This supply integrates into access control systems requiring distributed 12VDC or 24VDC power trees with failsafe/failsecure lock signaling. Each of the 16 primary relay outputs is individually selectable for fail-activate-on-interrupt (FAI), failsafe, or failsecure operation — standard for electric strikes, mag locks, and shunt trip breakers. The 16 auxiliary outputs support bus routing (Bus1 or Bus2), enabling segregated control of low-draw devices such as sensor monitoring, indicator lights, and badge reader power. Compatible with any access control panel or building integration system capable of driving 12VDC or 24VDC relay coils.
Housed in an E4 enclosure (24H × 20W × 4.5D inches) with Mercury back plate and door-mount kit, the unit is sized for standard wall, DIN-rail, or shallow electrical cabinet installation. Dual 250W modules allow redundant or load-balanced operation. Relay outputs are individually fused to prevent cascade failure — a critical safety design for access control infrastructure where a single failed solenoid coil cannot disable all lock signaling.
