Overview

The FPO150-B100C8D8E4A/T8-C is a pre-wired 24"×20"×4.5" wall-mount enclosure designed for access control, alarm, and security system integration. It houses eight relays with factory-installed 12V and 24V power supplies — eliminating field assembly delays and reducing wiring errors on installation day. This is the right enclosure when you're deploying door controllers, gate operators, siren drivers, or auxiliary outputs across a facility and need a consolidated power and relay hub mounted in a central electrical closet or cabinet room.

Compatibility

The FPO150-B100C8D8E4A/T8-C integrates with standard access control panels, alarm receivers, and building automation systems requiring discrete 12V or 24V relay outputs. Eight independent relay channels support door strikes, mag locks, gate motors, strobe/siren circuits, and auxiliary device control. Verify your panel's relay contact type (NO/NC/changeover) and current draw per relay before final integration — most commercial access control systems support both 12V and 24V logic.

Installation Notes

Mount horizontally or vertically on a standard electrical wall using the mounting lugs. Wire the two pre-installed power supplies to a 120V AC circuit breaker (dedicated 20A recommended to avoid nuisance trips from inrush). Connect panel relay outputs to the relay input terminals via appropriate gauge wire — 18–16 AWG for signal, 14–12 AWG for high-current device loads. Each relay is factory-configured; verify continuity and polarity before connecting field devices. Allow clearance for breaker access and wire routing on the right and left sides.
