The FPO150-B100C82D8PE6M/P8-A is a 150W cabinet-mounted power supply designed to distribute power to multiple security endpoints in medium-scale access control and surveillance installations. It provides both primary (12A @ 12V or 6A @ 24V) and auxiliary outputs, eliminating the need for scattered wall-mount transformers and centralizing power supervision in a single E6 enclosure.
Primary output delivers 12A at 12VDC or 6A at 24VDC — sufficient to power multiple IP cameras, card readers, and strike locks in a single zone. A secondary 5–18V adjustable output provides 4A maximum, class 2 power-limited — useful for low-current auxiliary devices. Sixteen class 2 DC auxiliary outputs each source 2.5A, assignable per output to Bus1 or Bus2 for circuit isolation. Four relay lock control outputs (fused at 3A per channel) support selectable failsafe, failsecure, or FAI (Fire Alarm Interrupt) logic — critical for doors that must remain locked or unlocked during power loss or emergency conditions.
Houses a Mercury back plate with dual Mercury MR52 / EP1502 boards in an E6 enclosure (30H × 23W × 6.5D inches). Panduit framework supports eight-door configuration, streamlining cable management in constrained cabinet spaces. Class 2 power-limited outputs reduce shock and fire hazard in wet or sensitive environments, meeting UL 2089 safety requirements typical of access control infrastructure.
Best suited for larger multi-door access control systems or integrated video + access deployments where supervised power distribution and redundant logic control (failsafe vs. failsecure per door) are mandatory. If your install requires simple point-of-load PoE switching for IP cameras, a PoE switch may be simpler; reserve this unit for facilities needing centralized, supervised relay-controlled power with UPS backup integration.
