The FPO150-B100C82D8PE4M/P8-A is a 150W industrial power supply engineered for security control infrastructure. It delivers either 12A at 12VDC or 6A at 24VDC, with a selectable 5–18V secondary output capable of 4A maximum. This dual-voltage architecture allows you to power heterogeneous endpoint devices — IP cameras, card readers, strike plates, and access control field hardware — from a single chassis, eliminating multiple PSU installations on the rack.
Eight relay lock control outputs fused at 3A each provide supervised door strike and electromechanical lock actuation; each output is independently selectable for failsafe, failsecure, or FAI (Fire Alarm Interface) logic — critical when integrating with fire and life-safety systems. Sixteen DC auxiliary outputs deliver 2.5A maximum per output on a class 2 power-limited topology; each can be assigned to Bus1 or Bus2 for independent circuit segregation. This granular output control reduces wiring complexity in installations requiring simultaneous supervision of multiple access points or supplementary devices.
The E4 enclosure footprint measures 24H × 20W × 4.5D inches — a compact form factor suitable for standard 19-inch rack or wall-mount deployment. Populated with Mercury MR52/EP1502 control board(s) and equipped with a Mercury back plate, the unit includes eight door locks and cable tie-down provisions for organized internal routing. The architecture supports PoE switch-based power delegation when combined with appropriate 802.3at/bt midspan injectors on non-PoE-rated field devices.
Verify input mains availability (100–240VAC typical industrial supply) and confirm that your facility's earth-ground path meets NEC Article 250 and local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) standards. Relay and DC auxiliary fusing requires periodic audit; document each output's assigned function at installation to prevent future supervision failures.
