Where audible ring signals are inadequate — noisy mechanical rooms, warehouses, parking structures, or outdoor call stations — the BLK-4-EWP adds a 60-flash-per-minute strobe that activates on incoming ring without flashing during active calls. The Enhanced Weather Protection (EWP) designation means the housing is built to IP66 standards with foam rubber gaskets and sealed construction, making it suitable for outdoor and high-humidity environments where the standard BLK-4 is not. Four programmable flash patterns (Single, Double, Quad, Flicker) let you match the signal behavior to your site's notification requirements.
