Overview
The Panduit Opticom™ FAP12WAQDLCZ is a front-load fiber adapter panel designed for high-density network deployments. It houses twelve LC duplex aqua adapters with zirconia split sleeves, providing a robust interface for OM3 and OM4 fiber optic cabling. This panel is engineered to integrate seamlessly into Panduit Opticom™ wall-mount and rack-mount enclosures, fiber patch panels, and zero-U panel adapter brackets, supporting backbone and horizontal cross-connects in main distribution, horizontal distribution, and equipment distribution areas as defined by TIA 942 data center standards.
Compatibility
This adapter panel is specifically designed for use with Panduit Opticom™ fiber optic systems. It is compatible with Panduit Opticom™ wall-mount enclosures, rack-mount enclosures, fiber patch panels, and zero-U panel adapter brackets. The panel supports OM3 and OM4 fiber types, making it suitable for 10Gbps and higher speed network applications requiring high bandwidth and low latency.
Installation Notes
The panel utilizes zirconia split sleeves for reliable fiber connections. It is designed for front-loading into compatible Panduit enclosures, simplifying installation and management. The panel supports high-density fiber deployments, accommodating 24 individual fibers (12 duplex LC connections). Ensure compatibility with your existing Panduit Opticom™ infrastructure before deployment.
