Compatibility
This label stock is designed for use with Zebra thermal transfer printers that accept 4-inch wide media and utilize a 3-inch core. It is compatible with industrial printer series such as the Zebra ZT400, ZT500, ZT600, and Xi series (e.g., 110Xi4, 140Xi4, 170Xi4, 220Xi4). It is also suitable for other brands of thermal transfer printers that meet the media width and core size requirements.
Installation Notes
For optimal print quality and adhesive performance, ensure the printer's print head is clean and properly aligned. The all-temperature adhesive requires proper application pressure and a minimum application temperature of -20°F (-29°C) for initial tack and -75°F (-59°C) for long-term adhesion. For best results, allow the adhesive to cure for 24 hours at room temperature before exposing to extreme conditions. Print quality is dependent on the correct ribbon selection (resin or wax-resin recommended for coated paper) and printer settings.
