Installation Notes
For optimal performance and print quality, ensure your thermal transfer printer is correctly configured for Zebra Z-Select 4000D media. This includes setting the correct print darkness and speed, and using a compatible ribbon (typically a resin or wax-resin ribbon for coated labels). The all-temperature adhesive activates at temperatures as low as -20°F (-29°C) and maintains adhesion up to 176°F (80°C), making it suitable for cold storage and general shipping applications. Ensure the print head is clean and free from debris before loading new media.
