HID 1386LGSRV ISOProx II Programmed Card (Front Gloss, Back HID Logo, Reverse)
The HID 1386LGSRV is an ISOProx II 125 kHz proximity card, programmed at the factory with the customer's facility code and card number sequence. The card is finished with a glossy front (suitable for direct printing) and the HID logo on the back, with the program data reversed for specific reader compatibility. ISOProx II is HID's legacy 125 kHz Prox technology, still widely deployed.

The 125 kHz Prox standard has been the access-control workhorse for decades. While newer high-frequency contactless smart cards offer better security and multi-application support, 125 kHz Prox is still widely deployed and continues to be supplied for existing systems. ISOProx II is HID's volume Prox card — affordable, reliable, and compatible with the installed reader base.
Specify the facility code and card number range up front; HID programs the cards before shipment, and re-programming after delivery is not practical at typical card pricing. Plan the badge printing workflow if cards will be printed in-house — direct-print Prox cards use specific printer compatibility. Track issued cards in the access-control system and de-activate lost or returned cards promptly. For new deployments, consider whether a migration to high-frequency cards (iClass, DESFire) is appropriate before committing to a large Prox card population.
