Description

HID 1386LGGMV ISOProx II Proximity Card

Overview

The HID 1386LGGMV is an ISOProx II proximity card — a passive RF credential for personnel access control systems. This model is RF-programmable and ships in sequential vertical-slot-punch format, designed for bulk enrollment (minimum order 100 cards). It solves the credential supply problem for access control deployments where you need a proven, cost-effective card that fits into a wallet or badge holder without battery dependency.

Compatibility

Compatible with all HID proximity readers. The card works across the full HID reader ecosystem — no reader-specific variants needed. Supports credential formats up to 85 bits, enabling over 137 billion unique code assignments across your facility or multi-site operation. Sequential numbering on the ordered batch simplifies cross-reference administration and reduces provisioning errors during card issuance.

Technology & Durability

Passive technology means zero battery maintenance — the card remains readable for the lifespan of the facility retrofit or personnel turnover cycle. Read range is consistent and unaffected by body shielding, keys in pockets, or coins — a practical advantage in high-traffic entry areas where environmental noise and metal objects are constant. Durable card stock handles daily wallet carry and ID badge rotation without premature delamination. The card is manufactured in the United States.

Installation Consideration

Minimum order quantity is 100 cards. Plan credential issuance and enrollment windows accordingly — this is not a single-unit purchase product. The sequential vertical-slot-punch format is designed for rapid batch programming and assignment into your access control system's credential database.
