Compatibility
The PRCM1 works exclusively with i-PRO (formerly Panasonic) WV-SC384, WV-SC385, and WV-SW Series cameras. Mounting brackets are camera-specific—forcing an incompatible model into this bracket will damage both bracket and camera. Verify your exact camera model against this compatibility list before ordering. If you are deploying a different i-PRO camera family, you will need a different mount bracket.
Installation Notes
The bracket is designed for standard drop ceilings with 15mm or 24mm grid spacing. Confirm your ceiling tile system supports one of these grid sizes before installation. The recessed design requires cutting an opening in the ceiling tile; the bracket and camera housing sit flush within that opening. Installation demands basic hand tools and a drywall saw or tile cutter. Load-bearing is critical—the ceiling structure above the drop ceiling must support the camera weight. Modern drop ceilings typically handle this, but verify load ratings in older installations to avoid collapse risk. Standard Ethernet and power runs to the camera are sufficient; no special wiring is required.
