Overview
The ELK-130 is a 130dB (@ 1 meter) industrial-grade siren driver built for security, early warning, and mass notification deployments where audible alert range and attention-getting intensity are non-negotiable. Compatibility
The ELK-130 integrates with access control panels and alarm control systems that supply 9–24 VDC trigger voltage on dedicated alarm output circuits. It pairs with any passive speaker or speaker array rated at 20 watts minimum per unit and down to 1 ohm load impedance—standard in commercial horn speakers. Heavy-duty terminals accommodate larger wire gauges for long runs (extended distance between driver and speaker array). Installation Notes
Wire power terminals (+PWR, −PWR) directly to a 12–24 VDC supply rated for at least 500 watts output capacity. Connect trigger inputs (+YELP, −NEG, +STEADY) to alarm relay outputs on your control panel—select one sound type per installation (yelp or steady, not both simultaneously). Speaker output (positive/negative) routes to passive speaker load rated 20W minimum and 1 ohm or higher impedance per unit. All connections require appropriate fusing on power input.
