Overview

The i-PRO WVCP304 is a compact fixed analog box camera built for 24-hour surveillance in facilities where IR illumination is absent or impractical. It runs on either 24VAC or 12VDC power—no PoE dependency—making it the direct retrofit choice for existing coaxial surveillance runs or locations without network backbone. A 1/3-inch interline transfer CCD sensor delivers 650 TV lines of resolution. The electrical day/night function automatically switches the IR cut filter as ambient light drops, pushing sensitivity to 0.08 lx in color and 0.05 lx in black-and-white at F1.4. Electronic sensitivity enhancement (auto mode up to 32x; fixed mode up to 512x) handles extreme low-light scenarios without requiring external IR. Video motion detection (VMD) provides basic event triggering. On-screen display menu and focus assist reduce commissioning time in the field. An optional varifocal lens (sold separately) adjusts focal length without camera swap, accommodating varied mounting positions in space-constrained environments. The WVCP304 is suited for retail entrances, industrial facilities with shift-dependent lighting, and transport hubs where overhead fixtures create uneven day scenes but darkness demands full sensitivity.

Compatibility

The WVCP304 integrates into analog surveillance infrastructure via standard composite video (CVBS) output over coaxial cable.
