The CTS-DC200-WFHD is a 10MP fixed wall-mount document camera designed for high-resolution capture of physical documents, whiteboards, and flat-lay materials in educational, corporate, and professional settings. Deploy it in lecture halls for whiteboard capture during teaching, in boardrooms for meeting documentation, or in administrative offices for contract and compliance archival. The 10MP sensor delivers sufficient pixel density to preserve text legibility and diagram detail across standard document sizes without repositioning the camera between captures.
This is a standalone networked document camera; it does not integrate with existing surveillance camera systems or NVRs as a plug-in sensor. It connects directly to enterprise network infrastructure via a single PoE (802.3af) connection and streams video to a VMS, recording appliance, or conferencing platform that accepts ONVIF-compatible IP video feeds. Verify your VMS or capture application supports ONVIF Profile S or equivalent IP video input before deployment. Wall mounting requires a standard VESA-compatible mount bracket and access to a PoE-capable switch port or injector within the same network segment as your video management system.
Mount the CTS-DC200-WFHD on a wall surface positioned to frame the document or whiteboard area at a slight angle to minimize glare and keystoning. Ensure the mounting surface can safely support the camera weight and withstand the torque from cable strain. A single PoE (802.3af) connection from your switch or injector provides both power and network data — no separate power supply is required. Verify the switch port or injector delivers at least 13W output to sustain operation; most modern enterprise PoE switches deliver 15–30W per port, so power availability is rarely a constraint. Route the cable through existing conduit or cable management where possible to minimize visual intrusion in formal meeting spaces or classrooms.
