Overview

The DMP 321 is a 16.5 VAC, 40 VA plug-in transformer designed to supply low-voltage power to DMP control panels in access control and integrated security deployments. This is the standard power source for XT30 and XT50 series panels, delivering consistent AC voltage to field devices, readers, and door strikes without requiring dedicated power conditioning. The screw-mount bracket secures the transformer directly to a standard electrical outlet, eliminating the need for separate power cabinets or DIN-rail mounting in retrofit or new-build access control installations.

Compatibility

The DMP 321 is designed exclusively for DMP XT30 and XT50 series control panels. If you are deploying an XT30 or XT50 panel, this transformer is the required power source. Do not substitute or assume compatibility with other DMP product lines without verifying panel documentation.

Installation Notes

The transformer includes a screw-secured mounting bracket for standard electrical outlet boxes. Verify that the outlet is properly grounded and rated for continuous 40 VA draw before installation.
