Description

Middle Atlantic CUT-EXCC700 Cutout Panel for Extron Cable Cubby 700

Overview

The Middle Atlantic CUT-EXCC700 is a factory-cut opening panel that lets you mount an Middle Atlantic furniture enclosure accept the Extron Cable Cubby 700 series directly — no field cutting, no measuring, no guesswork on fit. If you're deploying conference-room or boardroom AV infrastructure where the table or credenza is a Middle Atlantic enclosure and the connectivity module is an Extron Cable Cubby 700, CUT-EXCC700 is the cleanest integration path. The cutout is dimensioned at the factory to the exact footprint of the Cable Cubby 700, so the module drops in flush and secure without shimming or adapter plates.

Compatibility

This cutout is designed specifically for the Extron Cable Cubby 700 series — including the CC 700, CC 720, and related Cable Cubby 700-footprint variants. It installs into compatible Middle Atlantic AV furniture and table enclosures that accept modular cutout inserts. Verify your enclosure model accepts the CUT-series insert format before ordering — not all Middle Atlantic furniture uses the same insert bay dimensions. If your connectivity module is a different Extron Cable Cubby size (such as the 300 or 500 series), a different CUT-series part number will be required. This part does not fit non-Cable-Cubby-700-footprint devices.

Installation Notes

Drop-in installation: the CUT-EXCC700 panel seats into the furniture enclosure's insert bay, and the Extron Cable Cubby 700 unit mounts into the cutout opening. No field cutting is needed — that's the entire point of the CUT-series over a blank panel. Confirm the enclosure bay count and orientation (surface vs. recessed) match your Cable Cubby 700 unit before committing the furniture layout. Middle Atlantic cable management accessories and brush grommets pair naturally with this install where cable routing beneath the table surface is required. For questions on enclosure compatibility, consult Middle Atlantic's furniture selector or your AV integration accessories reference.
