The Cradlepoint TAA-TCA5-0920-C7A-NN is a managed Gigabit PoE injector purpose-built for mobile and IoT field deployments where you need reliable power and data delivery over Ethernet without dedicated AC infrastructure. Embedded Bluetooth enables wireless pairing and remote provisioning during installation, cutting setup time on remote towers, temporary ops centers, or distributed edge sites. TAA compliance makes it suitable for government procurement environments where device provenance is audited.

This TAA-compliant injector integrates into Cradlepoint mobile and IoT infrastructure deployments. It supports dual-modem architectures (including RX20 modular modem support) and is network-carrier certified for AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon in North America, plus GCF global regions. Cloud management integration allows remote monitoring and configuration across Latin America, Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific deployments. FirstNet Trusted and Verizon FirstLine public safety network compatibility is included—verify specific model applicability in the Cradlepoint data sheet if public safety certification is a procurement requirement.
Installation Notes
Operating range is -30°C to 75°C (-22°F to 167°F), suitable for unheated cabinets and outdoor equipment shelters. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports (LAN/WAN switchable) allow flexible network topology. Single USB port supports external devices during field deployment. No serial ports on this model—configure and monitor via Ethernet or embedded Bluetooth. Active GNSS and embedded dual-band 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) are included; antenna and power adapter ship with the unit (verify antenna orientation with your mounting location). Firewall throughput reaches 940 Mbps; VPN tunnel capacity is 20 simultaneous sessions, relevant for multi-site disaster-recovery or carrier-interconnect scenarios.
