Overview
The Cradlepoint 170872-000 is a 3-meter GPIO cable with a small-format 2x3 Molex connector on the router end and open leads on the device end. Built for industrial-grade deployments where GPIO signals must run safely in DIN rail–mounted or cabinet-based environments. This cable solves the integration problem when you need to connect external devices (sensors, relays, monitoring equipment) to Cradlepoint managed edge routers without custom wiring harnesses.
Compatibility
Works with RX30-MC Managed Accessory (MB-RX30-MC, MA-RX30-MC) and RX30-PoE Managed Accessory (MB-RX30-POE) routers. The 2x3 Molex connector mates directly to compatible GPIO ports on these Cradlepoint industrial gateways. Open-lead design on the device end allows flexible termination to external control systems, HVAC equipment, door/gate monitoring, or sensor arrays.

18AWG wire gauge rated for standard industrial current loads. Black sheathing rated for temperature-controlled and field-deployed environments.
