Description

Panduit CLT150F-D4F Corrugated Loom Tubing

The Panduit CLT150F-D4F is a 1.5-inch inside diameter corrugated loom tubing designed for bundled cable protection in structured cabling, security camera trunk runs, and AV installations. The factory-slit wall allows you to route pre-terminated cables or retrofit protection onto existing harnesses without disconnecting endpoints, cutting installation time on camera trunk lines and network backbone runs. Supplied in 500-foot continuous lengths, the polyethylene construction resists crush impact and abrasion while maintaining flexibility for routing through tight spaces, J-hooks, and cable trays.

Key Features

  • Factory slit wall for fast installation on pre-assembled cable bundles without disassembly
  • 1.58" (40 mm) inside diameter accommodates multiple Cat6, coax, or alarm cables in a single protective sleeve
  • 500-foot continuous length reduces splicing on long horizontal and vertical runs
  • Polyethylene construction provides crush resistance and abrasion protection in wall cavities, above ceilings, and along exposed pathways
  • UL 94 HB flammability rating for general indoor cable management applications
  • FiberRunner Yellow color for high-visibility identification in multi-trade environments
  • Secures with standard cable ties and Panduit loom accessories for permanent or reconfigurable installations

The corrugated wall profile delivers mechanical flexibility without sacrificing crush protection—critical when routing through confined spaces or areas subject to foot traffic, ceiling tile replacement, or maintenance access. The 1.58-inch inner diameter supports typical security camera trunk bundles (four to six RG59 or Cat6 cables plus 18/2 power) while leaving room for future adds. Maximum continuous operating temperature is 122°F (50°C), suitable for indoor plenum return applications when paired with appropriate fire-stop methods. The slit closes around the cable bundle and stays shut under normal handling; secure at intervals with UV-rated cable ties in outdoor-protected runs or standard ties for interior routing.

The 500-foot spool length matches typical commercial floor-to-floor heights and perimeter camera runs, reducing mid-run splices that add labor and create snag points in cable trays. FiberRunner Yellow stands out against black cables and gray conduit, simplifying future troubleshooting and adds when multiple trades share the same pathway. While the UL 94 HB rating permits use in general indoor spaces, consult your AHJ for plenum or riser applications requiring higher flame ratings—Panduit offers V-0 and plenum-rated variants under different part numbers for those deployments.

RoHS compliant for projects with environmental procurement standards. The slit design is ideal for retrofit jobs where you need to add mechanical protection to an existing camera or network run without re-pulling cables. Common deployment: IP camera trunk lines from IDF to building perimeter, AV cable bundles in exposed ceilings, and alarm wire protection in commercial tenant spaces. Pair with Panduit CLT mounting clips or standard cable ties at 3-foot intervals for permanent installations, or use reusable hook-and-loop ties for temporary or reconfigurable setups in lab and staging environments.
