Overview
The Comelit UT1090S is a surface-mounted audio/video entrance panel engineered for Simplebus 1 intercom and access control systems. It combines a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen display with an integrated wide-angle video camera (120° horizontal, 90° vertical field of view), omnidirectional digital microphone, and dual loudspeakers — all housed in a 35 mm shallow profile wall-mounted enclosure. The UT1090S is designed for Comelit Simplebus 1 systems and requires a compatible power supply unit (art. 1595). It integrates with Comelit access control modules via Wiegand output for credential-based door release, supports RFID reader activation (Comelit card or key format), and includes Bluetooth connectivity for mobile device interaction. Installation Notes
Mount the UT1090S on a vertical wall surface within 35 mm of the wall plane. A twilight sensor manages touchscreen backlighting automatically, reducing power draw in bright daylight. The 5-inch impact-proof glass and theme selection (black or white) allow aesthetic matching to lobby or entrance decor.
