Description

Panduit CLT35N-C630 Corrugated Loom Tubing

The Panduit CLT35N-C630 delivers crush-resistant cable protection for surveillance, access control, and network installations where conduit isn't practical. This 100-foot roll of 0.35-inch heat-stabilized nylon corrugated tubing shields wire bundles from impact and abrasion in equipment racks, above-ceiling runs, and industrial enclosures. The continuous slit wall lets you route pre-terminated cables or retrofit protection onto existing harnesses without disconnecting ends—critical when you're protecting PoE trunk lines to remote camera clusters or multi-conductor bundles feeding door controllers.

Key Features

  • 0.35" (8.89mm) outside diameter, 0.323" (8.2mm) inside diameter—fits CAT5e/CAT6 bundles, 18-16 AWG multi-conductor, and small coax runs
  • Slit-wall design allows snap-on installation over pre-terminated cables or mid-run retrofits without disassembly
  • Heat-stabilized Nylon 6 construction resists crush impact, abrasion, and flexing fatigue in high-traffic cable pathways
  • UL94-HB flammability rating and 230°F (110°C) continuous operating temperature for commercial/industrial environments
  • 100-foot roll supplies enough protection for multiple rack-to-rack runs or long trunk routes with minimal waste
  • RoHS compliant for projects requiring hazardous-substance documentation

Corrugated loom tubing fills the gap between cable ties and rigid conduit in security installations. The CLT35N-C630's ribbed profile maintains a 0.323-inch inside diameter while the corrugations add radial strength—important when cables cross sharp edges at j-box knockouts or transition through equipment rack cable managers. The continuous slit eliminates the need to thread connectors through the tubing: you snap the loom onto the bundle, secure it with cable ties at intervals, and the corrugations grip the bundle while allowing some flexibility. This matters when you're protecting a 12-camera PoE trunk that's already terminated and tested—you're not re-pulling connectors just to add protection.

Heat-stabilized Nylon 6 handles the thermal cycling common in plenum spaces and equipment closets. The 230°F rating covers the heat rise near PoE switches under sustained load and the occasional contact with warm air-handler discharge. The UL94-HB flammability classification documents self-extinguishing behavior, meeting the material callouts in many commercial specs. The material also resists the oils, solvents, and cleaning agents found in industrial surveillance deployments—loading docks, manufacturing floors, and warehouse ceiling grids where cable runs are exposed to environmental contamination.

The 100-foot roll is the efficient choice for rack-based installs and above-ceiling trunk routing. You're not buying pre-cut segments that force you to splice protection or waste short ends. Cut to the exact run length, secure both ends with the same cable ties anchoring your bundle to j-hooks or cable tray, and the corrugated profile keeps the bundle organized and protected. Panduit includes competitor cross-references (Thomas & Betts, Hellermann Tyton, Heyco) in the datasheet for direct replacement in spec'd systems, and the black finish maintains the clean appearance integrators expect in visible rack and enclosure applications. For commercial security and network installations where you need more than tape but less than EMT, the CLT35N-C630 is the scalable middle ground.
