Overview
The Panduit UTP6AX4BU is a 4-foot Category 6A UTP patch cord designed for high-speed data center applications. Its 24 AWG solid conductor construction and foil tape shielding limit alien crosstalk, ensuring reliable 10 Gb/s transmission per ANSI/TIA-568.2-D standards. The tangle-free latch simplifies moves, adds, and changes, while pre-installed RapidID barcodes streamline port mapping with compatible software. This cord supports IEEE 802.3bt types 3 and 4 PoE applications, delivering up to 100W of power to connected devices without requiring a separate power supply.
Compatibility
This patch cord is engineered to exceed ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6A and ISO 11801 Class EA specifications, making it suitable for 10GBASE-T Ethernet deployments. It is compatible with T568A and T568B wiring schemes and supports IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, and 802.3bt (Type 3 and Type 4) Power over Ethernet applications. Its CM flammability rating makes it suitable for general-purpose in-wall and riser applications.
