The Panduit TX6A-28™ STP Patch Cord, model STP28X0.5MBL, is a 0.5-meter (1.6 ft) black, shielded, 28 AWG cable designed for high-speed data transmission and consolidation in demanding environments. Its compact diameter simplifies routing in dense racks, while the tangle-free latch ensures secure connection and easy release for moves, adds, and changes. Pre-installed RapidID barcodes streamline network management.

Compatibility

This Cat 6A patch cord supports 10GBASE-T Ethernet and is engineered to exceed ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6A and ISO 11801 Class EA standards up to 500 MHz. It is wired for compatibility with both T568A and T568B schemes, making it suitable for a wide range of network infrastructure deployments, including data center I/O consolidation, server virtualization, backbone aggregation, and high-performance computing. It also supports IEEE 802.3af, 802.3at, and 802.3bt (Type 3 and Type 4) Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, drawing power without compromising data integrity.
