Overview

The Panduit CJLR688TGIG is a Category 6, Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) RJ45 Mini-Com™ TG-style jack module. Its 45-degree left/right angled design is specifically engineered to optimize cable routing in confined spaces, preventing sharp bends and strain on 22-26 AWG, 4-pair twisted-pair cables. This module is factory tested to exceed industry-standard performance requirements for Category 6, ensuring reliable data transmission. The TG termination style eliminates the need for specialized punch-down tools, simplifying the installation process. Each module features a traceable individual serial number and is compatible with standard Mini-Com™ faceplates and patch panels.

Compatibility

This jack module is designed for use with Panduit Mini-Com™ faceplates, patch panels, and modular distribution frames. It supports 22-26 AWG, 4-pair twisted-pair copper cabling. It is compatible with IEEE 802.3af/at and 802.3bt (Types 3 and 4) PoE power delivery standards, supporting up to 2500 connection cycles for PoE applications.

Installation Notes

The TG termination style allows for direct termination without a punch-down tool. Ensure cable jackets are stripped to the appropriate length as per Panduit's termination guidelines to maintain performance and strain relief. The angled design is critical for managing cable bend radius in tight racks and wall plate installations.
