The Brother TD4750TNWB is a 4.3" desktop thermal transfer label printer built for warehouse, logistics, and light industrial shipping operations where you need fast turnaround on barcode labels without a production-floor footprint. It prints at 6 inches per second (ips) at 300 dpi resolution, so barcode clarity stays sharp enough for standard retail and warehouse scanning environments. Direct thermal technology means you're running with ribbon and label stock rather than ink, which eliminates drying time and simplifies media handling on a busy dock.
Compatibility
The TD4750TNWB integrates with Windows, macOS, and Linux driver support, making it compatible with most WMS and label-design software used in warehouse automation environments. It speaks ZPL II, CPCL, and Raster Graphics command sets—standard for barcode-centric workflows. Supports 2D barcode formats (QR Code, Data Matrix, PDF417, Aztec, Maxicode) and legacy 1D barcodes, so it works with existing label templates and printing scripts. Connect via USB, WiFi (WLAN), Bluetooth (Bluetooth Mfi), LAN (Ethernet), or host-USB for flexible deployment near workstations or networked label-print stations.
Installation Notes
Media roll capacity is 5" outside diameter with all core sizes down to 0.50" inside diameter. Optional roll holder supports 8" external media for extended run lengths. Drop-in roll feed with adjustable holder means no special tools or calibration jigs needed to load stock. Tear-up, peeler, or cutter options are available for different label separation needs. Unit measures 8.62" W × 7.52" D × 11.2" H and weighs 6.6 lbs, fitting neatly on a shipping desk or label station without requiring cabinet space. Internal memory is 128MB Flash / 128MB SDRAM (64MB Flash for templates and databases), sufficient for most small-to-medium warehouse label sets. 3.5" color LCD and 6-key menu interface handle manual label reprints or job selection without a host computer.
