The Vertiv 16113 is a non-surge protected power distribution unit (PDU) designed for basic power delivery in rack environments. It provides 15A capacity across multiple outlets, simplifying power management for IT equipment where advanced surge protection is not required or is handled elsewhere. This unit is ideal for deployments where a straightforward, reliable power strip is needed for servers, network switches, or other rack-mounted gear.
This PDU is compatible with standard 19-inch server racks. It accepts standard C13 power cords from IT equipment and terminates in a NEMA 5-15P plug for connection to a power source. It is designed for use with equipment that draws up to 15A total.
Install vertically in a standard 19-inch rack. Ensure the total load does not exceed 15A. Connect the NEMA 5-15P plug to a suitable power source. Use appropriate power cords for connected equipment.
