Axis 02366-001 1 TB microSDXC Surveillance Card
Overview
The Axis 02366-001 is a 1 TB microSDXC surveillance card designed as edge storage for Axis IP cameras. It solves the on-camera storage problem: decentralized recording that eliminates dependency on an on-site NVR or DVR, or pairs with a network video recorder to handle bandwidth-constrained sites where high-resolution video streams cannot always reach the back-end server. Combined with Axis Zipstream compression, you can record 4K video locally on the card without exhausting its capacity in hours. The microSDXC form factor fits inside any Axis camera with SD card support; an included SD card adapter lets you mount or read the card in standard SD slots.
Compatibility
All Axis products with SD card slots support the 02366-001. This includes compact dome cameras (such as the Axis P3-series), panoramic multi-sensor models, and compact box cameras with internal storage expansion. Verify your specific camera model supports microSD or microSDXC before purchase—not all Axis cameras have onboard card slots. The adapter allows reading or backup on any standard full-size SD reader.

Operating range is −25°C to 85°C (−13°F to 185°F); storage conditions extend to −40°C to 85°C. The card is 15 mm × 11 mm × 1.0 mm; the SD adapter is 24 mm × 32 mm × 2.1 mm. Sequential read performance reaches 100 MB/s; write performance is 39 MB/s. The card is rated for 1,200 TBW (terabytes written) endurance—a metric of total write capacity over the card's lifetime. For continuous 24/7 recording on a single camera, this translates to years of retention before wear limits are approached. No special tools or torque specs required; simply insert into the camera's microSD slot or use the adapter for external SD card readers.
