Description

Altronix STRIKEIT2B Replacement Board

Overview

The STRIKEIT2B is a direct replacement board for the Altronix STRIKEIT2 access power controller. This component restores full relay output and power distribution functionality to STRIKEIT2 installations experiencing board-level degradation, failure, or requiring preventive refresh. It supplies 24VDC @ 12A across 12 fused relay outputs, with AC fail supervision and optional battery backup integration — standard for commercial access control and alarm system power management.

Compatibility

The STRIKEIT2B is a board-only replacement engineered for the STRIKEIT2 system. It is not compatible with other Altronix access power controller models (such as ACM4, ACM8, ACMS8, or ACMS12 series). Verify your installed STRIKEIT2 enclosure and wiring harness before ordering — the board requires the original STRIKEIT2 housing and terminal block configuration.

Installation Notes

The STRIKEIT2B must be installed by personnel familiar with low-voltage power distribution and access control wiring. Ensure the STRIKEIT2 enclosure is de-energized before removing or installing the board. Secure the board to the enclosure frame using the existing mounting points, and reconnect all terminal block connections matching the original STRIKEIT2 configuration. AC fail supervision and battery backup circuits should be tested after installation to confirm proper operation. Consult the STRIKEIT2 system documentation for specific wiring diagrams and terminal assignments.
